Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days.

Non-refundable items: Software, digital products, and clearance items.

Process: Contact us at Info@macsh.co.uk to initiate a return.

If an issue persists after repair, we’ll re-evaluate the device at no extra cost within the warranty period.
